Since 2017, Kathrin’s Biergarten has been dishing out genuine German cuisine in Rocklin, just 5 miles from Loomis, California. From crispy schnitzels to fresh-baked pretzels, every bite delivers true Bavarian flavor.
The Food That Makes You Say “Jawohl!”
The menu reads like a greatest hits of German cuisine. Their pretzels come fresh from a local Bavarian bakery, with that perfect brown crust and soft inside that makes you want to yell, “Prost!” They serve them plain with mustard or jazzed up with jalapeños and cheese for those who like their pretzels with attitude.
The Jägerschnitzel is their top seller – a piece of pork or chicken pounded thin, breaded, and fried until golden, then covered in mushroom sauce that could make a vegetarian question their life choices.
